An Garda Síochána is investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body in Dublin city centre on Thursday morning (30 July).
The deceased is believed to be a man in his 20s, and the discovery was made on Drury Street at around 2.25am today. In a statement to JOE, Gardaí confirmed that the man's body remains at the scene, and will be removed later today for a post mortem examination.
Gardaí say that the post mortem will determine the course of the investigation.
A spokesperson for the Gardaí also told JOE that foul play "does not appear to have been involved."
