FORE!

Ever wanted to indulge in a round of crazy golf while relaxing with a glorious, hard-earned pint? Well it's time for those checkered pants-optional dreams to finally come true, dear reader. Popular Dublin haunt The Back Page now plays host to a nine-hole miniature golf course on its premises, running Monday - Sunday from midday until 10pm. The 'Back Nine @ The Back Page' looks a little bit like this: Back Nine @ The Back Page The first such endeavour teed off last Thursday at the Phibsborough Road pub to mark the Masters, and though that particularly strenuous tournament has come to a close, you can still get your best Tiger Woods on at your leisure. A round costs €5 per person or €10 for a round and a pint, while children are allowed get involved, too - but only up to 6pm and must be accompanied by an adult. Equipment is provided so no need to break out that futuristic-looking Scotty Cameron number that's gathering dust in the attic. For more, see the Back Page website or drop the makeshift clubhouse an email at info@the-back-page.com.
