Really poor judgement from the entrepreneur here…
Paris is still in a state of shock after yesterday’s murders at the office of Charlie Hedbo, which left 12 dead and 4 others wounded.
While it’s reported that police have arrested three men in connection with the murders there has been a massive outpouring of sympathy, both indigenous and in Ireland, while the tributes from cartoonists from all around the globe were incredibly poignant and moving.
It’s a shame that these examples weren’t adhered to by US billionaire Donald Trump though because he sent three tweets about the incident that were woefully misguided and somewhat insulting to the memory of the deceased.
The last point fails to acknowledge that the police officer that was murdered was in fact armed,
Trump did express his sincere condolences to the victims of the atrocity, before undoing the sentiment with his tactless rant.
