Another big win in the capital.

It’s raining money, or the equivalent of a monetary downpour that big wins on the National Lottery and EuroMillions provides, anyway.

Last week, a family syndicate from Dublin scooped the mouthwatering top prize of €175,475,380 in the Euromillions.

At the weekend, a similarly lucky individual landed a not-too-shabby €10,288,699 in the Irish National Lottery.

Perhaps there’s something in this lotto business, after all.

Monday brings the exciting news that the shop where the winning ticket was sold is an especially busy one, located in Dublin’s city centre.

The store in question is the Spar at 63-65 Upper O’Connell Street in Dublin 1.

The store will be formally announced by the National Lottery later this afternoon.

As it happens, the National Lottery is still encouraging its players in Dublin to check their tickets.

The winning numbers are 3, 19, 21, 29, 31, 35 and the bonus number is 22.
