The well-known airline, Emirates, is coming to Dublin and Cork to look for Irish candidates to join its multinational cabin crew team.
The Dubai-based airline is holding a cabin crew recruitment open day on Saturday 17 November at 8am in the Morrison Hotel, Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1.
Another open day will take place the following Tuesday from 8am on 20 November 20 at the Clayton Hotel Silver Springs, Tivoli in Cork.
Candidates should expect to spend the entirety of the day at the event.
The airline is looking for both men and women to fill the new positions, which have been created due to the continued growth of the airline.
Those selected will be offered an employment package that includes a number of benefits such as tax-free income, free high-standard shared accommodation in Dubai, medical and dental cover, and exclusive discounts on shopping and leisure activities in Dubai.
They also offer concessional travel benefits to cabin crew, their families and friends.
Sounds like a pretty sweet deal.
However, there are a number of criteria that need to be filled in order to be considered.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of joining the airline and have an arm reach of 212cm when standing on tiptoes. Further information about the venue in Dublin, requirements for the selection process as well as cabin crew starting salary and benefits can be found here.
