You may have been here at some point.
Aside from the impressive list of pubs that picked up accolades at The Irish Hospitality Awards, there was also the small matter of Best Nightclub to be sorted and that accolade went to The Foundry in Carlow.
Located on Tullow Street in Carlow, the popular location boasts four rooms in the main venue and has consistently been a popular spot for locals and people passing through alike.
In fact, it’s rare to head into the place on the weekend and not see a hen or stag party.
As described on their official site, the club is one of “Ireland’s premier nightlife venues delivering the ultimate clubbing experience for thousands of patrons each week with state-of-the-art lighting, sound and décor as well as International DJs making regular appearances”.
Aside from the Theatre Bar and The Bamboo Bar, the venue has also been a popular haunt for various DJs and bands.
Over the years, acts like Steve Aoki, Agro Santos, Sidney Samson, Paul Kay, Dimetri Vegas, Like Mike, TJR, Sandro Silva, Laidback Luke, Yves V, and Otto Knows have all played there.
Congratulations to all the staff of Carlow’s finest club.
