A number of people have been injured in France after being intentionally struck by a car outside a school.
Reuters report that three people are hurt, including two seriously, after being "deliberately run over by a car" near Toulouse in Southern France.

Police sources said a man was arrested at the scene and the people that were injured have been taken to Toulouse hospital where they will be treated.
The driver, who is 28-years-old, is known to the police but is not on a security watch list.
The three injured people are all Chinese students who are studying at the college, one 22-year-old man and two 23-year-old women.
