Gardaí in Ronanstown, County Dublin are investigating the death of a man discovered at a house on Friday 13 July. At approximately 6.45pm, Gardaí were called to a residence at Rowlagh Green in Clondalkin where a 74-year-old male had been injured. On arrival, the man in question was discovered with what has been described as "serious" injuries. It is believed that a domestic dispute had taken place earlier at the house. The injured male was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The scene at Rowlagh Green has been preserved for a technical examination by the Garda Technical Bureau, which is scheduled to commence on Saturday morning. A post-mortem examination will be carried out on Sunday at the City Mortuary by the State Pathologist's Office. Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone who can assist with the investigation to contact the Incident Room at Ronanstown Garda Station on 01 666 7700.
