Gardaí launch investigation after shots are fired at a house in Dublin

The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Gardaí are investigating reports of shots being fired at a Dublin house.

The shooting was said to have taken place in the Coolevin area of Ballybrack, on Sunday 11 August at approximately 4.20am.

Shots were allegedly fired at the front of the house, while no injuries were reported.

The scene has now been preserved for a technical examination.

Gardaí have confirmed that investigations are ongoing.
