Gerry Adams has won his libel case against the BBC.
The case was over a Spotlight NI documentary and accompanying article in which anonymous sources claimed Adams sanctioned the 2006 murder of agent Dennis Donaldson.
Donaldson was a key figure in Sinn Fein's rise but it later emerged he had been working for the police and MI5 while inside Sinn Fein for 20 years.
He was later found murdered in 2006 in Donegal.
Adams denied being involved in the murder and claimed that he was defamed by the allegations perpetuated by the BBC.
After winning his case, Adams will receive €100,000 in damages.
