Israel denies the claims.
The International Criminal Court in the Hague have issued an arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu and his former defence chief.
The Hamas leader, Ibrahim Al-Masri, has also had an arrest warrant issued.
All three are wanted for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The arrest warrants were classified as ‘secret’ to protect witnessed and safeguard the investigation, however now the chamber have ‘decided to release the information’.
The ICC added that they believe ‘it to be in the interest of victims and their families that they are made aware of the warrants’ existence’.
