Katy Perry and Madonna are getting naked in order to inspire American citizens to vote this November.
You know what? Compared to some of the stuff that has been said and done over this excessively long election campaign – this barely registers a bat of the eyelid.
Madonna has followed Katy Perry’s example by tweeting a topless photo of herself, though unlike Perry, Madonna went as far as to overtly endorse Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton (Perry is also a Clinton supporter, though her video didn’t make that clear).
Madonna’s tweet followed a tweet in support of her friend Rosie O’Donnell, a woman who is frequently and bizarrely targeted by Republican nominee Donald Trump during debates.
On the subject, the Vogue singer said “mess with Rosie and you mess with me. Cruelty never made anybody a winner.”

As for the nudity, Madonna explained “Im voting naked with Katy Perry!! Vote for Hillary. She’s the Best we got! Nude Voting series # 1.”

Pretty much just another day in the American Presidential election of 2016. Good luck to ’em. All we know is that there’s no need for Linda Martin to do the same the next time the Irish people take to the polls.
