A man has died after a horror crash between an e-scooter and car in Dublin.
The incident occurred shortly after 10.30am on the Old Navan Road in Blanchardstown yesterday, Sunday, August 3.
A man in his 30s, who was driving the e-scooter, was removed from the scene and taken James Connolly Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No other injuries have been reported.
The road, which was closed for a technical examination by Forensic Collision Investigators, has since reopened.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area between 10:40pm and 11:00pm, are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
