Man hospitalised following alleged assault by group of youths in Dublin

A man in his 30s was hospitalised following an alleged assault by a group of youths in Dublin. Gardaí have said they are investigating the alleged assault incident that occurred on Brackenstown Road in Swords on Sunday (24 October). "It’s understood a male in his 30s was assaulted by a group of youths at approximately 9pm while walking through a local park," a Garda spokesperson told JOE. The man was taken to St James’s Hospital for treatment to his facial injuries. Gardaí have asked anyone with information to contact Swords Garda Station. Enquires into the alleged assault are ongoing.
