A man has been found dead on Christmas Eve.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána has confirmed that Timmy Levingston, who had been missing from his home in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford since this morning, has been found dead.
Levingston had last been seen in the early hours of Christmas Eve, at around 1.30am.
While the details of his death have not been released, an earlier statement had confirmed that family and Gardaí were concerned for his welfare.
Levingston was 50 at the time of his death.
Gardaí have not specified that they are investigating the circumstances around the death.
