The National Lottery have confirmed that the winning ticket Euromillions ticket worth €88.5 million was sold in Dublin.

This puts an end to speculation that the winning ticket was sold in a Cork shop, as had been reported earlier this week.
The the lucky numbers for the draw are 1, 5, 7, 17 and 23, with 3 and 8 as the Lucky Stars.
There had been huge interest around the country to see who had won the prize with the news being confirmed this evening by The National Lottery.
