The man was found at a residence off the Navan Road.

Gardaí are investigating the death of a man whose body was found on Wednesday morning. The man, who Gardaí believe to be 55-years-old, was found at a residence off the Navan Road. The same man was the victim of an assault that occurred on Thursday 14 November at approximately 5.30pm. No arrests have been made in relation to this incident. The body has been removed for a post-mortem which will be conducted by the Assistant State pathologist on Thursday which will determine the course of the investigation.
