We’ve got some good news and some bad news and then some more good news.
First, the first good news: someone in Ireland has just become A LOT richer after the Euromillions draw on Friday 31 August.
Now, the bad news: they didn’t win the big Euromillions jacket, which was for a tasty €36,535,987.
And now, the second lot of good news: nobody else won that big jackpot either, meaning it will roll over to a potential €45 million jackpot on Tuesday 4 September.
The main draw’s winning numbers were 4, 30, 31, 38, 42, and the bonus numbers were 4 and 6.
Now, back to that first bit of good news.
Yep, someone in Ireland is €500,000 richer after matching the five numbers for the Euromillions Plus.
Those winning numbers were 5, 7, 8, 9 and 17.
Congrats to the winner, and apparently the winning ticket was sold in the South of the country.
