Our good friend Conor Ledwith has come up with another gem here.
While those lucky to be further north last night were treated to the full stunning effects of the Northern Lights, those a little further south had some spectacular skies too. Well, they do if Conor Ledwith if taking the pictures.
We’ve featured Conor’s snaps on here before but he has really outdone himself with this shot from last night, taken at one of his favourite spots, Lough Corrib in Galway.
Using a composite of 50 images, each snapped over an exposure of 30 seconds, you get the movement of the stars across the sky as well as a hint of the Aurora in the background.
Beautiful.
