Travel plans for passengers at Dublin Airport were thrown into jeopardy this morning after a fire broke out at one of the hangars. Flights were suspended for about 90 minutes but they have since resumed but people are still being encouraged to check with their airlines for further details.
Dublin Fire Brigade say the alarm was raised at 6.45am as relevant crews dealt with the situation at hand.
According to Newstalk, there are no reports of any injuries and no ambulance has been sent to the airport.
Due to the disruption, there are likely to be knock on delays to flights this morning and passengers are advised to check with their airline regarding their flight status.
