Trying to rent a place can be a tough task at the best of times because you’re always holding out for something special but you can’t keep sleeping on your buddy’s couch.
It’s usually a pretty straightforward process once actually you find a place you like, but not if you end up happening upon a place owned by the landlord below.
Look at the amount of information they need before handing over a keys.
It would probably be easier to buy a site and build a house than get all those forms together. The stress of it all.
