Once again, the stars of American primetime television gathered in Los Angeles for the prestigious Emmy Awards.
Taking place in Downtown LA’s Microsoft Theater, the Emmys ceremony recognised the very best that TV had to offer with the glitzy event taking months of hard work and preparation.

As pointed out by the tweet below, that didn’t really matter though, as a lot of people had some other dead-pig-related things on their mind.
As allegations made by former Tory donor, Lord Ashcroft, began to surface – claiming David Cameron inserted part of his body into the mouth of a dead pig –Â it appears that the significance of the Emmys was eclipsed in a big, big way.
Not even Jon Hamm could get a look-in it seems and he’s half-pig.
