Gardaí have seized this ‘dangerously defective vehicle’ in Wicklow that also had a number of out of date discs on display.
As can be seen in the pictures below, the jeep is heavily damaged and not fit to be on the road.
The driver will now face a day in court and at the very least, the prospect of a hefty fine after the Gardaí came across the jeep in Wicklow Town on Saturday.
The jeep also had out-of-date insurance, tax and had no NCT.
Gardaí posted the photos on Twitter and confirmed that the owner will face prosecution for the offences committed.

All we can say is, at least the owner didn’t attempt to doctor the discs… unlike others we’ve seen.
