Anyone else spot this scary-looking cloud formation?
We’re only just out of the finest spell of weather we’ve had in ages and it would appear as if the weather Gods have decided that we need to be punished as a result.
Rain fell in a number of parts of the country today and the glorious sunshine of the last few days was rendered a distant memory.
In Haggardstown in Louth, meanwhile, a short spin south of Dundalk, it looked like the end of the world in these pictures taken by JOE reader Dave Stanley.
Don’t get too down about the weather folks, apparently the good stuff is returning with a bang next week.
