The location of Friday’s (April 25) lucky EuroMillions winning ticket has been revealed after one player in Ireland scooped €500,000.
The winning ticket was purchased from Callaghan’s XL, Main Street, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.
Friday’s lucky winner will take home the top prize of €500,000 from the EuroMillions Plus draw.
The winning numbers from the draw were: 5, 16, 21, 36 and 46.
This is Letterkenny’s second high-tier win this year, with the €1,000,000 Daily Million top prize from 10th March also won in the town. The winning ticket was sold at Kernan’s Service Station, Tullygay, Letterkenny.

Darragh O’Dwyer, National Lottery spokesperson, said: “What a night for Letterkenny as a player in the town has claimed a life-changing amount of money, winning the EuroMillions Plus top prize of €500,000!
“This is the 13th EuroMillions Plus win so far in 2025. In total, over 49,000 players in Ireland won prizes in the EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus draws.”
