Several baby food products sold across Ireland have been recalled

Take note.

Several baby food products sold in stores across Ireland have been recalled.

Nutricia is recalling some batches of its Cow & Gate and Aptamil muesli range due to the possible presence of apple stalks.

The first product affected in the recall is the Cow & Gate My First Muesli Baby Cereal 10+ months with a pack size of 330g and a best before date of 13/10/2021.

The second product is the Aptamil Oats, Raisin and Apple Bircher Muesli 10+ months 275g pack, with a best before date of 27/12/2021.

The third and final product recalled is the Aptamil Multigrain and Fruit Bircher Muesli 10+ months 275g pack, with a best before of 28/12/2021.

In a statment, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland said the ranges are being recalled due to the possible presence of apple stalks.

No other batches of these products have been implicated.

There will be point-of-sale recall notices will be displayed in stores supplied with the implicated batches.
