A snow, wind and rain weather warning has been issued for Ireland for Friday ahead of the arrival of Storm Eunice.
The yellow weather warning is currently in place from 1am on Friday morning to 3pm on Friday afternoon. The warning was issued on Wednesday alongside further warnings from Met Éireann regarding the potentially "hazardous" conditions the storm is set to bring.
"Storm Eunice will track over Ireland on Thursday night and on Friday bringing very strong winds and falls of heavy rain, sleet and snow," Met Éireann said.
"Some disruption is likely along with a possibility of coastal and spot flooding. Warnings will be updated on Thursday morning."

Another yellow wind warning is currently in place for Ireland today due to Storm Dudley. That warning is expected to expire before midnight tonight.
An amber wind warning is currently in place for Antrim and Derry in Northern Ireland, as the UK Met Office said it is expecting the storm to affect areas "later on Wednesday, bringing a period of strong and potentially disruptive winds."
This comes after Met Éireann warned that this week's Storm Eunice has the potential to bring "hazardous conditions" on Friday.
The forecaster issued a weather advisory for all of Ireland regarding the upcoming storm stating it has the potential to be a "multi-hazard and disruptive event".
"Through Thursday night and Friday, Storm Eunice will track eastwards over Ireland," it said.
"It has the potential to be a multi-hazard and disruptive event with damaging winds, heavy rain and snow possible.
"Current indications are that the strongest winds are most likely to affect southern counties and the most significant falls of snow are most likely over central and northern parts of the country with local blizzard conditions possible for a time and disruption to travel."
