Start checking those tickets.

It’s getting to the stage where the idea of six degrees of separation no longer applies to any person in Ireland that has won on the Lotto because there was was another winner of the EuroMillions Plus top prize.

The winning ticket was sold in the North West and it’s reported that the lucky player is from Donegal.

The numbers on tonight’s draw were 26, 27, 28, 32, and 43.

With regard to the main EuroMillions Jackpot of 75,479,227, there was no overall winner. Those numbers were 16, 28, 29, 30, 36 and the lucky stars were 8 and 10.

Of course, this lucky person in the North West isn’t the only cause for celebration in the country because over the weekend, an Irish family also struck it big.

After originally thinking that they won €5,000 on Euromillions, it turned out that the the unsuspecting family actually won  €1,005,000 from Friday’s EuroMillions ‘Ireland Only Raffle.’

They bought the ticket at the Aramark store at the University Hospital in Waterford while visiting a family friend that was ill.

Congratulations to all of these winners.
