We imagine Netflix will see a major bump in Irish users today.
In case you’ve only just woken up and are wondering if you have been transported to Aspen overnight, you haven’t.
Met Eireann have issued a status red snow and ice weather warning for some of the country, effectively telling those in Dublin, Kildare, Louth, Wicklow and Meath to stay indoors.
While the Department Of Education have yet to make a decision on a blanket closure on schools within the red status weather warning zone, some third level education institutions have already announced their closure for the day:
DCU:
All University Campuses and their facilities, with the exception of residences, will be closed.
Students that are on placement are advised to liaise with the placement provider at this time.
