The Deadpool and Silicon Valley actor has been released from custody on $100,000 bail.

Comedian T.J. Miller was arrested on Monday for allegedly making a bomb threat while on board on Amtrak train.

According to TMZ, Miller made the call to 911 in March of this year, claiming that “a woman with brown hair and a scarf has a bomb in her bag”.

An Amtrak police office called Miller back, who then added that “the woman kept checking her back and seemed to want to get off the train and leave it behind”.

The officer asked Miller if he suffered from any mental illness, to which he replied: “This is the first time I’ve ever made a call like this before. I am worried for everyone on that train. Someone has to check that lady out.”

It turns out that Miller had given the wrong train number, which resulted in an entirely different train being stopped and evacuated, causing massive delays to the service.

Meanwhile, Miller is reported to have become intoxicated while on board his own train, and there are reports that he got into an argument in the First Class car.

The actor was taken into custody at LaGuardia Airport in New York City by Port Authority cops and FBI agents, and has been accused of “intentionally conveying to law enforcement false information about an explosive device on a train travelling to Connecticut”.

Miller was released on a $100,000 bail bond, and if convicted, he could face up to five years in prison.
