Don’t forget the sun block.
There are always two schools of thought whenever Ireland gets a heatwave. The majority of people are absolutely delighted to see that distant star that appears in our sky which radiates heat, it’s called the sun but we so rarely get to enjoy its full benefits, while others just love to complain that ‘ah the weather is grand and all, but I just can’t cope with that heat’. Some people are never pleased!
Our solution, get an ice cream into you. Be grand.
We’re set for another sweltering day and here’s what we expect Irish people to look like in their places of work this afternoon.
If you happen to live in Roscommon then you’ll definitely be able to relate to this image because they’ve recorded the hottest temperatures throughout Ireland on Monday, according to BBC weatherman Barra Best.
