There’s even more good weather on the horizon, but there’s a catch

If you haven’t had a chance to pick up a farmer’s tan this week, fear not.

The sun will be back out over the weekend, and even into next week, according to the latest national forecast from Met Éireann.

For starters, Friday is expected to be largely dry, with temperatures temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees. Those highs will continue throughout the weekend.

Unfortunately there will be scattered showers on both Saturday and Sunday, but Met Éireann has confirmed that “overall there will be a lot of dry weather”. And what more can we ask for than a lot of dry weather, overall?

The beginning of next week is looking good, as well: “It looks like Monday and Tuesday will be largely dry days with sunshine at times. Quite warm with afternoon temperatures between 15 and 20 degrees,” the forecast reads.

That’s actually even warmer than it’s set to be in Barcelona and Rome for the same dates.

As with all good things, though, it can’t last forever, and it is forecasted that the weather will become more unsettled from next Wednesday onwards.

You can keep up to date with all of Met Éireann’s forecasts here.
