An overturned car near Junction 9 Red Cow on the M50 caused all sorts of traffic problems on Monday morning, with AA Roadwatch reporting at approximately 9am that it was taking the best part of two hours to travel from the M1/M50 interchange to Junction 13 Ballinteer.
