There has been plenty of protesting in Ireland over the last few months and thankfully the majority of it has gone off peacefully.
The same can’t be said for these female activists’ protest against EU austerity measures in Belgium yesterday.
The Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel was speaking at an event in Namur when two women rushed the stage carrying… a bag of chips and a few squeezy-packs of mayonnaise.
Things got very messy, very quickly, before the PM was escorted away from the stage. It’s completely mad.
