As is the norm in any year when a general election is set to take place, the issue of health care will always be one of the most debated, scrutinized and topical areas of discussion.
Journalist and Today FM presenter Matt Cooper was a guest on Claire Byrne Live last night alongside the Minister for Health, Leo Varadkar.
During the debate, the two men were discussing the much maligned Universal Social Charge and the current state of Ireland’s health care system.
As expected, the discussion was calm and informative but one moment definitely stood out.
Take a look at Matt Cooper’s reaction to the Minister for Health’s belief that a recent report on Ireland’s global health care ranking is being reported negatively.
