If you've ever wondered what Ronnie Drew would look like as a canary then this is for you...

JOE has frequently found ourselves at a lock-in where a traditional Irish song was required to keep the craic going. To be honest, we think that every Irish person should have found themselves in this position at least once. A quick ask around the desk has revealed that Celine Dion songs  Raglan Road and The Parting Glass seem to be the most popular choice of ballads here in JOE Towers, but we have a new contender to the throne. Poor Tommy still seems like he is coming to terms with the loss of his ancestors down the mines but this ad will definitely stay in your head. So pull up a stool and have a look and a listen... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSGXRRldj5U Hat-tip to Annie Tidy.
