Where to watch the World Cup Final in Dublin – The ultimate guide

Homenews

From live music, food from the finalist countries and football chants, here are the main venues that will celebrate the match with a bang.

With such a big Latin community, Dublin will be a second home to all the Argentinians and Spanish this Sunday evening. The final World Cup is set to bring an array of unmissable Hispanic events.

Whether you are rooting for Spain while chugging a big glass of refreshing sangria, or waving the white and light blue flag to honor the GOAT’s last dance, these are the leading Dublin-based native Spanish and Argentinian communities to follow, and the top-notch places where to soak up the best atmosphere.

LatinMix Dublin

LatinMix Dublin is a Latin community always hosting Hispanic-related events, such as the well-known Feria de Sevilla or the Carnaval.

A few days ago they hosted an event at DTwo to watch the Spanish semifinal against France. This time, they won’t disappoint either. Have a look at the ticket availability to save your spot!

Argento Fest

The Argentinian community Argento Fest is another leader in organising top-notch Argentinian-themed parties. From Independence Day to Argentina Flag Day , this hub pairs up with the best DJ’s and food utilities to offer unforgettable venues.

The last hosted venue was the Argentinian semifinal on Wednesday. As Sunday approaches, football fans cannot wait to get to the second round

They have everything planned at The Grad Social already: watch Argentina v Spain on their LED wall, with a pre-match party, food, live music & DJs after the game.

Tickets are €8, and they include a free drink. Don’t miss your chance to get yours!

Baliza Music Band

Baliza is a Spanish band renowned in the Spanish community for bringing covers of classical Spanish music to Dublin’s nightlife. They’ve hosted many events, and for big celebrations they are known as one of the main star attractions, delighting the audience with their live music.

For the Spanish semifinal, they played some music before the match at DTwo, pairing with LatinMix Dublin and Mercaolé, the Spanish supermarket in Dublin par excellence.

Keep an eye on their socials so you don’t miss any announcements!

Afterparty at Molly Malone

Although there’s no world champion yet, Spanish fanatics are already thinking about what’s next. Fans are spreading the message to gather everyone around to celebrate the after-match at the Molly Malone statue.

The party will include flags, music, and good ambience. And what’s best, everybody is welcome! So just pop up after the match and enjoy the Spanish vibes at their finest.

As for other go-to bars around Dublin, The Camden, Rascals Brewing, The Market Bar, The Woolshed Pub, Lucky’s, River Bar, Sinnotts Bar, BrewDog, or Flannery’s of Camden Street won’t disappoint.

Foxford, the Irish Argentina

For those who want to stay a bit further away from the busy city but still want to feel the real Argentinian experience, Foxford is the ideal place for a weekend trip.

Located in Co.Mayo, this village represents the bond between Argentina and Ireland thanks to William Brown, a renowned Irish admiral who served in the Argentine Navy.

On Brown’s birthday, the village soaks itself in the Argentinian culture, and a bunch of Argentinians from all over Ireland, together with Irish citizens, gather in celebration of their unity.

Folklore, tango music, empanadas, and even a mass are organised to honour Brown’s achievements.

At this year’s World Cup, Foxford will again host many Argentinian events.

People will watch the big match in Guiry's Bar and The Moy Hotel.

They will also have a musician and master of the Irish bagpipes, Pamela Schweblin, coming from Argentina for the week, arriving on Saturday.

She will be offering two workshops at Foxford Leisure Centre. She will also be playing traditional Irish music with the Doocey’s and Doherty’s, and John and Maria McHugh.

Whether you are an Argentinian or Spanish supporter, or just want to immerse yourself in the hype of World Cup vibes, there will be plenty of options just around the corner where to choose from.
