Summer might be over, but that doesn’t mean the chance to escape is gone.
Low-cost Icelandic airline WOW air is offering Irish passengers 40% off return flights from Dublin to Iceland and North America for a limited time only.
The flash sale is available from today, Thursday 23 August, until just before midnight on Monday 27 August.
Customers looking to avail of the offer should hit up the official WOW air website, pick a round-trip flight from Dublin to any of the available destinations and enter the promo code WOWSALE.
“With summer coming to an end, and the longer evenings looming, we are delighted to be able to offer our Irish passengers even cheaper fares to North America and Iceland,” says Svanhvít Fridriksdóttir, Director of Communications at WOW air.
“There’s no better way to beat the winter blues than by visiting your favourite city or ticking a new destination off the bucket list.”
The discount applies on select return flights to Iceland or any of the airline’s 14 North American destinations between 27 August and 15 December.
Earlier this year, the airline launched five new routes from Ireland to Detroit, Cleveland, Cincinnati, St. Louis and Dallas.
