WATCH: An NBA game has seen its first ever same-sex marriage proposal
A beautiful moment.
NBA history was made last Thursday night, with the first ever same-sex marriage proposal taking place at half-time of the Chicago Bulls v San Antonio Spurs game.
The Bulls mascot, Benny the Bull, brought an unsuspecting fan down to the court for what he thought was an innocent dance. The Bulls fan, Michael (not Jordan), seemed confused while dancing with Benny, but this was only the beginning of what was going to be an amazing few minutes.
While Michael was dancing on the court, his long-term boyfriend, Jake, was making his way down. As the cheerleaders's routine stopped, Jake approached Michael and got down on one knee.

Thankfully, Michael said yes. Slam dunk.
