The goalkeeper didn’t even know where to look.
Goal of the year?
Russian league Rubin Kazan player Norik Avdalyan took to the penalty spot, took his shot, and promptly dropped the jaw of everyone on the pitch at the weekend with an effort that has since been seen the world over.
At the time during the under-21 game against Ural, his team were losing 1-0 when it came time for Avdalyan to take his penalty.
However, instead of doing the usual run-up to the ball, he stood right beside, and then this happened:

The goalkeeper, the referee and even his own teammates seemed shocked at what just happened.
He got his team the equaliser, and the game remained 1-1 at full time.
