Some brilliant matches here…
With only four countries represented in the last eight of this season’s Champions League draw, there was always going to be a high chance that teams from the same league would be drawn together, so it’s not too surprising to see Premier League fans already salivating at the fact that the goal-making factories of Liverpool and Man City will be coming face-to-face in the upcoming quarter-finals.
There will also be a repeat of last season’s one-sided final as the Old Lady of Turin, Juventus, will be eyeing up revenge for their 4-1 defeat at the hands/feet of the Galácticos of Real Madrid.
The first-leg fixtures will take place on 3 April, while the second-leg matches will take place on 10 April, so clear your diaries now.
