CJ Stander looked very strange wearing black when he went over for his try against Leinster

It didn’t stop him from barreling everything out of his path…

CJ Stander scored the opening try of the inter-provincial derby between Munster and Leinster this evening, and he managed to do it without his Munster jersey.

Indeed, on first viewing it looks like the South African is wearing an All Black jersey underneath his Munster one when he scores.

But we have investigated further and it has turned out to be his shoulder pads.

Still, it looked quite unusual when he crossed the whitewash wearing all black amidst the sea of red and blue.

Although we hear on good authority that he wasn’t wearing his jersey because he is ‘too sexy for his shirt’…
