Step aside Brock Lesnar, there's a new numbers king in town as Conor McGregor looks set to earn the biggest pay day in UFC history.
Lesnar's disclosed purse for UFC 200 was $2.5 million but McGregor is going to earn $3 million for his clash with Nate Diaz and that's before we start talking about fight bonuses and a cut of the pay-per-view revenue.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission released the information on Saturday and it also revealed that Nate Diaz will earn a minimum of $2 million for the fight as well.
It's a significant bump on $1 million disclosed purse that McGregor when the pair fought originally in March.
The $3 million and $2 million figures are only the disclosed sums and the pair will likely be earning significantly more than the aforementioned sums.
There's a big drop down to the next highest earners on the card with Anthony Johnson on a $135,000 to show/$135,000 to win deal while opponent Glover Teixeira is on $65,000/$65,000.
