It would be a lucrative move for him.

There seems to be constant rumours that Conor McGregor is set to jump ship and try his hand at a different career, whether that be boxing Floyd Mayweather, acting in movies or that he may join the WWE.

While links with the wrestling organistion are nothing new and have been rumoured many times following a series of high profile spats with WWE stars, past and present, on Twitter.

McGregor’s star has never shined brighter than the last two weeks and he is without doubt the biggest star in the UFC at the moment.

His victory over Eddie Alvarez was his 18th career win by knockout and won him the UFC lightweight title and his place in history.

Speaking on on ESPN’s 5ive Rounds podcast, McGregor’s agent, Ari Attar revealed that the fighter was willing to consider appearing at Wrestlemania 33 in April.

“I think it’s all about business, man,” said Attar. “If [WWE] is going to come with an offer, we are willing to entertain it. We are here. Have their people call his people — which is me. We can have a conversation.”

WWE superstar Triple H has little doubt about McGregor’s stardom and recently said in an interview that The Notorious has all the tools to succeed om the WWE.

“I think it’s phenomenal that a guy like Triple H was at the fights,” said Attar. “I heard he said some positive things, which is always good to hear.

So, will McGregor add WWE to his CV or a fight with this man?
