Chelsea v Stoke, draw 16/5
The Potters have played well in spurts this season, but unfortunately for Chelsea they are currently in the midst of one of their form periods. Speaking of inconsistency, “can the real Chelsea please stand-up?”
Is it the crowd of incompetent players who cost ‘The Special One’ his job, or Gus Hiddink’s merry men of revitalised champions. We think these two form sides will end up cancelling each other out this weekend.
Everton v West Ham, West Ham 4/1
How the hell are West Ham that price!? Hear us out, The Hammers have taken 20 points from their last 10 games, which is the second best record in the league.
Everton, on the other hand, have only won four of their last 16 games at home. West Ham are wonderful value.
Southampton v Sunderland, Southampton 8/13
Southampton won this fixture 8-0 last season. We don’t think either team has progressed or regressed enough for there to be a different winner. Our prediction is a comfortable win for the home side.
Swansea v Norwich, Draw 12/5
Norwich are without a win in eight games and will travel to The Liberty Stadium knowing they have to pick up something. Whether they’ll defeat a resurgent Swansea or not is another matter entirely. We think this one has ‘draw’ written all over it.
