This war of words is about to get physical.

It feels like we've been talking about this Conor McGregor V Floyd Mayweather for about a decade now, and the two involved have definitely had a lot to say about it. Like this time McGregor made a very personal comment on Mayweather's personal life. Or this like Mayweather told McGregor to stop talking about it and just sign on the dotted line. Well, today Mayweather has thrown down the ultimate gauntlet by announcing: "Today, I’m officially out of retirement for Conor McGregor. We don’t need to waste no time. We need to make this s**t happen quickly. Let’s get it on in June." McGregor has been very vocal about it being Mayweather who was holding up proceedings - primarily because both sides are still arguing over who would make more money from the fight - but now that Mayweather has essentially declared a fight date, this could actually becoming a reality!
