Was there anybody else on earth who had both first goalscorers last night?
We have a new punting hero and his name is Jason Finn from Galway. After studying the form Jason felt that both of yesterday’s World Cup games would be tight affairs that could be decided by set pieces. With that in mind he went for Mats Hummels to score first in the Germany France game and Thiago Silva to notch the opener in Brazil’s game with Colombia.
With the German priced at 40/1 and the Brazilian set at 25s, the double netted Jason a staggering €5,330 for his fiver stake. Oh yeah, and it was the last €5 he had in his account.
