Felipe Massa and Lewis Hamilton had another bout of handbags at this year’s Singapore GP after Hamilton rear-ended Massa resulting in pit stops for both.

During the 12th lap of the race, Hamilton and Massa were battling it out for 8th when Massa took the inside line around a corner and passed Hamilton. Sadly for Hamilton, he didn’t check his wing mirrors so he ended up creaming his front wing into Massa’s rear right wheel, as Massa took him on the inside.

The crash popped Massa’s tyre, forcing him to head to pit lane and the ‘dangerous driving’ on Hamilton’s part ensured a stop and go penalty.

It’s the fourth time the two have had contact with each other on the track this year and Massa was understandably pissed as could be seen in the post race interview with Hamilton.

As Hamilton chats with reporters Massa approaches him from behind and ‘sarcastically’ whacks him on the back saying “good race, huh?” As he storms away you can hear Hamilton say, “don’t touch me man” as he decides whether or not to burst him one.

Hamilton left Singapore as the ‘bigger man’ (short joke) as he refused to speak about the incident (that was his fault). He left that honour to McLaren team principal Martin Whitmarsh who has had to clean up after Hamilton in previous races.

“Felipe approached Lewis in the post-race TV interview enclosure and grabbed him slightly aggressively.

“That riled Lewis, understandably so, but he acted with commendable restraint and walked away from any potential confrontation.

“He did absolutely nothing wrong.”

Nothing? Apparently, pulling across a faster driver who had a clear shot up your inside and then driving straight into his wheel is nothing.
