The dominance of the Williams sisters at S19 is proven by the fact that Serena is one of only three past winners in the 2013 event, the others being Maria Sharapova (2004) and Petra Kvitova (2011).
The challengers will have their work cut out, but here are some of the women who will be battling it out for the top prize.
