Here’s the Ireland team that will face Poland

A very different look.

After the drubbing against Wales in Cardiff and the fallout from Roy Keane’s bust-up with Harry Arter and Jonathan Walters, Martin O’Neill will be hoping that his side can bounce back against Poland but there’s an extremely experimental look to Ireland’s team.

After Seamus Coleman and Stephen Ward withdrew due to injuries, O’Neill’s options were limited and here’s what he has gone for tonight in Wroclaw.

There’s only three Premier League players in the starting XI as Darren Randolph continues in goal.

It looks like a back three of John Egan, Kevin Long and Richard Keogh (C) with Cyrus Christie and Enda Stevens providing the width.

Burnley’s Jeff Hendrick starts in midfield alongside Shaun Williams, Callum O’Dowda, Callum Robinson.

Millwall striker Aiden O’Brien leads the line on his debut.

Poland have lost just one of their last eight matches against Ireland and the boys in green haven’t won a friendly outside of Ireland since September 2012.

Poland come into the game after a 0-0 draw against Italy at the weekend.
